Winter Training in Bondi

I don’t wish to alarm you, but winter is hiding just around the corner… train with Lazy Girl Fitness and stay fit, healthy and happy throughout the colder months!

We’ll be training in Waverley Park on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays throughout June, July and August and we’d love for you to join us.

Sessions:
6am Tuesdays – Strength
6am Thursdays – Boxing
8am Saturdays – Bodyweight HIIT

Prices:
1 session/week – $20
2 sessions/week – $35
3 sessions/week – $45

Small group training means lots of individual attention, but also that spaces are limited, so be quick to register your interest or sign up!

      Bootcamp runs for 6 weeks (18 sessions in total), Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6am (45-min sessions). Monday is bodyweight HIIT, WEdnesday is strength and Friday is boxing. Total cost is $300, which also includes a gift bag and weekly emails with recipes/workouts. Sessions are in Waverley Park. Let me know if there’s anything else you need x
